1LET, one of Edinburgh’s leading letting agents, was established by Ewan & Fiona Foreman in 2007. 1LET have grown rapidly since its inception have since won several awards in the lettings sector recognising their core values and customer service, positioning themselves as one of the most reputable letting agents in Scotland.
Our Property Account Executive, Jamie McKenzie, visited Ewan & Fiona Foreman, Directors of 1LET in 2014 to discuss and review their insurance requirements and existing insurance programme. As a specialist in arranging insurance solutions for Letting Agents, Jamie quickly identified several areas where Bruce Stevenson could enhance the service proposition, including the provision of various market leading insurance products such as Landlord Insurance and Tenants Contents. Ewan & Fiona felt the provision of these products to their clients would add value to 1LET’s overall client service proposition.
Jamie also closely reviewed 1LET’s commercial insurance programme, including their Office Insurance, Professional Indemnity and Business Car Fleet to ensure the cover was competitive and fit for purpose, not only saving money on premium but arranging enhanced cover.
