Open for Business and Here to Help

In light of the ever-evolving global impact of COVID-19 and Government advice recommending flexible working, we at Bruce Stevenson would like to inform you of our changes to our working practices.

  • The vast majority of our team is now working from home and can be contacted on their usual direct numbers or email addresses.
  • Until further notice, our five offices are closed to visitors.

As insurance brokers, we understand the importance of minimising business disruption and we will, of course, endeavour to continue to offer you a high level of service. However, while we have successfully adopted a fundamental change in working practice, in accordance with Government directives, please be prepared for a temporary drop in response times.

As our team are working remotely we ask that clients refrain from posting correspondence or cheques to us. We are checking our postal delivery periodically but for understandable reasons the service is not reliable.

Risk Management Requirements for Return to Work

As we begin to see the Covid-19 restrictions lifted, it is now essential to start planning a strategy for getting back to business. The route back to work during the current situation is likely to be different for everyone.

As a result, reopening can present hazards which if not properly managed, can result in damage, injury and legal action causing further disruption to your business.

We can deliver support to assist with the managing of risks around COVID-19. This service can include site-specific risk management strategies for businesses to allow their employees to return to work safely while adhering to government guidance.
