Health and Safety E-learning Courses
Enhance your employee compliance and reduce your training costs with a flexible E-Learning package that can be adapted to meet the needs of your business.
Delivery of training is a key element of the health and safety management of any business. E-Learning is a highly effective means of delivering cost-effective, consistent, measured training into a business.
The ability to demonstrate the competency of the workforce in the business is a key component of providing business defensibility against spurious claims. Our E-Learning system comes equipped with our standard E-Learning pack, designed to address the principal safety risks businesses face, as well as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). The standard E-Learning pack can be expanded with additional safety courses, or our Compliance & Soft Skills package. We’re always happy to tailor our available offering to your unique needs.
Our E-Learning package can be configured and deployed across your business in minutes. It allows for bespoke training plans for different job families. Giving instant access to a package of training reports for management information.
E-Learning is accessible for your team's convenience anytime, anywhere. Installation is simple takes only a few minutes.
You can create dedicated e-learning courses to target groups with training specific to their role. The E-learning package allows training to be structured to the needs of different roles and the Reporting Package gives an unparalleled view of the risk that exists in a workplace.
Our courses have an optional checklist that the employee completes once they have finished the course. This checklist highlights potential issues in either their working environment or their understanding of risks. Creating an opportunity to engage with the employee over their individual training needs.
Once resolved this can be included in the same checklist to allow an audit trail of action taken.
After selecting training needs, we'll show you how to add users and assign their courses. All users receive their unique log-in to view their specifically tailored program. You will have access to our easy to use guides explaining the usage and setup.
If something is not quite right, our support team are available on-demand to provide you with a fast, efficient, and friendly response.

Your Risk Assessments should define the level of training, skills, and knowledge required to minimise the risk to your employees and other parties. In some cases, face-to-face and more specific training may be needed in addition to E-Learning to achieve this.
